Delivery Terms

International shipments are carried out via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

Delivery time is 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch.

Within Ukraine, delivery is provided by Nova Poshta and takes 2–12 business days.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes according to the regulations of the destination country.

Shipping cost, delivery time, and the specific courier service are discussed individually with the online store manager.

Payment

Payments can be made via Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, LiqPay, as well as Visa and MasterCard cards.

Please note that goods are shipped only after payment confirmation.

Payment can also be made through PrivatBank terminals, Privat24, IBox, or other payment terminals. Payment details will be provided by the manager after order confirmation.

For customers outside Ukraine, payment is made via bank transfer in the national currency at the commercial exchange rate valid on the payment date.

Orders are shipped only after 100% prepayment (product cost + shipping cost).
