Terms of delivery

International delivery around the world is carried out by the Hungarian State Postal Service "Magyar Post". Sending of ordered items is carried out within 7-21 working days from the moment of the order. Cost, terms and specific delivery service are discussed individually with the manager of the online store.

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta services within 2-12 working days from the moment of the order. It is also possible to send to other official postal services of Ukraine, discussed individually with the manager of the online store.

Invoice

It is possible to make an order by cash on delivery only on the territory of Ukraine with a prepayment of 200 hryvnias. The Nova Poshta commission is charged 2% of the order amount, plus UAH 20 for the transfer of funds. If for some reason the order does not suit you, you simply refuse to receive the parcel and do not pay for it.

Exchange and return is possible both in international orders and in Ukraine, at the request of the client within 14 days of receiving the order. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

Payment

It can be done through Gpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Liq Pay, as well as Visa and MasterCard. Please note that delivery of the goods is possible only after confirmation of payment. Payment through the terminal or Privat Bank cash desk, Privat24 application, IBox or other terminals. Details for payment will be sent to you by the manager after confirmation of the order. Please note. For residents of other countries' payment for orders is made by money transfer (in national currency commercial rate on the day of payment). The order is sent after 100% prepayment (cost of goods + delivery)
